I am using reliance operator for two years and got irritated with their services. Their network is not good. Even at some places in Mumbai it show roaming and also there is no network. Also if I had received some call then that call get disconnected automatically showing weak network. The call rates it take is tok high compared to other operator.
For mobile call it is 1.5p/sec which is high. Also the internet charges are too high and because of weak network one can’t get proper internet. Also the speed of the 3g internet is very slow. Also there are very less customer care in Mumbai. And they don’t respond properly. If you have any problem then most of the time it is not solved and for solving they take one week. I suggest not to use reliance operator.
