Time and again reliance has proved how they’re wasting their customers hard earned money.My uncle used Reliance telecom operator and hardly remember anytime I had a proper and sound talk with him over phone. He would never get a full signal even the best of cities, forget about hill stations or far off areas. Reliance is among the most wealthiest companies yet performs poorly on such a thing. They produce so effective ads, yet have such poor networks.
Used their data pack in his phone and it was really bad experience, 3g was functioning like 2g. it gave 80kbps on 3g.
I’d say that reliance should better focus on on improving their performance of their telecom service and should provide according to their standards.
