RELIANCE is not all that BAD. Yeah, take my word! All you need to do is check wether it suits your needs or not!
Basically we opt for a service provider based on the following 5 considerations:
- Making and receiving calls/Sending and receiving SMS: Now here you don’t find much difference between service providers. Since all of them come under the regulation of TRAI, they don’t have much control over the tariffs. Except for the calls made within their network. So, if you make, comparatively, much more calls to reliance, don’t think twice. Go for it.
Also sending SMS from RIM to RIM is kind of cheap. In fact they have a postpaid plan wherein you pay Rs. 50 a month and can send unlimited to RIM across India.
2.Network: Talking about reliance there are no such problems faced by reliance subscribers due to the network.
3.Customer Care: Reliance has a pathetic customer care service. Most of customers know more than the actual Customer Care people. So if you think you need too much of help from the Customer Care people, avoid reliance.
- Internet on the move: Now this is where reliance really hasan edge over others. If you have a Laptop and need real cheap internet connection, reliance is for you. There are two plans I can suggest you. One is where your monthly bill will be Rs. 450 (if you don’t make any calls) and you can surf fro 40 hours (20 Day hours+ 20 Night hours). The other is night unlimited, Rs. 450 (if you don’t make any calls) and you can surf unlimited internet from 10 PM- 6 AM. There are other plans also. Check out from their website.
5.Add-On Services: Reliance world is an ’’OK’’ service. however if you are interested more in Add-Ons Reliance is not for you!
To conclude I will say, service providers are just offering what they can. What we need to do is DECIDE what’s good for us an what’s not.
Also, please make sure you understand everything in the bill before you write reviews about ’’Being cheated in Bills’’. May be you did’nt know their billing procedure or there was a catch which you did’nt know about. Most of the billing is computerized and their is barely any chances of flaws. I have checked every paise in the bill, its always accurate!
