Update
reliance top brass must have seen my previous comment and suddenly I had all the top brass of relaince Bangalore calling me up to sort out my problems.
and remarkably My network signal started showing dramatic improvement since yesterday evening, I had 2 people coming over to my residence today to check on the problem and find out if its been sorted out.
I really appreciate the way reliance has conducted themselves, It does show their seriousness and commitment with regards to customer issues.
My only reflection is that Why did I have to make so much of a noise and so much of hullabaloo to sort out such an simple issue.
It could have been sorted out with some positive feedback and some proactiveness from the contact center.
I being a normal educated Indian would never have gone to such heights to get such a miniscule issue sorted out, considering I work nearly 12 to 14 hour days.
This makes me realise that generally service providers in India do take their customers for granted because they are aware of the psyche of the Indian consumer who generally shrugs his shoulder and gets on with life even when he faces defecient service.
I would like to thank Mr.Praveen , Mr Vijay , Mr. Akhilesh prasad and Mr. Mudapa of Reliance for the Interest they have shown in sorting out my issues.
I would also request MS to print my comments if not for anything else But at least to show that The power of the Media and the written word is strong enough for people to take notice.

I would like to draw your attention to a scam perpetrated on the Indian public not by a con artist of shyster but by a one of the pillars of Indian corporatedom Reliance India.
I would not like to divert your attention by talking about great economics or great technology provided by Reliance But as a customer and a very tech savvy one at that I would like to draw your attention to the basic services offered by this company.
I have subscribed to this service since March.
Till now in my residence and certain other areas I get a very weak Signal, Which makes it impossible for me to answer or make calls.
I have complained repeatedly but to no avail and as far as Im aware thousands of people have the same problem.
I wasnt even given a choice of handsets when I wanted to go in for the connection.
Is this the way a company runs its business? That too in the highly competitive Mobile telephony segment.
I think the company has to take a serious relook at its operations and try to address the problem of existing consumers.
I do hope you print my feedback and we can form a forum of all reliance subscribers who have been taken for a ride by the company.
