I have been using Reliance Sim since from the beginning when I first took Mobile phone. The network was good then, but these days I am face problem with its inconvenience occurred day to day. Reliance network is not available at all places and remote places. Signal is very weak only and can’t talk properly. Customer service is not at all helpful for me these days. Whenever I try calling customer care they put me on hold, saying that they are going to solve the problem. Yes, its true that charges and billing is cheap and available at low price but their service is also not that good. I am thinking of blocking the sim and not using Reliance operator anymore.
