I have been deducted Rs. 75/- for data uses which I didn’t.I called @198 twice but both time they cut the call(Rupesh, Richard.).
I am having WIFI and I didn’t Switch on the NET but still you charged me 75/-.I am surprised being a 4-year-old customer that 75 rupess has been deducted without my knowledge and Customer Care have only one say "Sir You have used Data"
