I have never applied for any reliance phone connection still I received a bill from them. I informed them through fax about this fraud bill and requested them to kindly instruct the concerned officer to look into it and I am not liable for any bill in reply to my fax, I received a letter from reliance stating that they had disconnected the connection and investigating, meanwhile they continue sending the bills.
Now they sent a legal notice and insist us to pay the bill.
It is the case of totally harrasment and excruciation of a person who has never applied for a connection, continue to receive the bills inspite of informing them about fraudulent imitation and further they send me a legal notice to pay the bills?
I made a call to their call center today but got no positive response from them.
What will you say about this? Is this the way we are shining, by excruciation? Its a shame on reliance, being such a reputated industry that they use such 3 class policies. Is this policy of harassing the people helps our country in promotion of growth of telecommunication sector?
Are these policy makers thinking that in a country where majority of the population living hand to mouth are prepared mentally enough to face such kind of fraud charges and court cases?
Just to conclude that this is the message that these big big giants reliance who have highly qualified chairman and claims to be no 1 industry of India and a message they say kar lo duinya muthi mein by harrasing the innocent people-khullam khulla gunda raj whah ise kehte hai India shining. Is that Ambani dream all about.....?
