Reliance company cheating with their customers it gives lot’s of plans to customer like all local& std calls free in all networks+ roaming free+ etc. in rs.152& 199 but all plans are fake. I faced this problem 2 months ago in January 2017 I recharged my mobile with rs 152 because They send a msg to me this is best offers for you and I checked this offer plan on*129# in which all calls are free(local+std) in all networks not only for Reliance for 28 days, but after 10 days, I try to call on others network so The only sound was audible from my phone this root is busy please try again later so I called to the customer care and he told me this is technically issue don’t very sir after 15 to 20 Minutes problem will be solve automatically I told OK, but problem not solved one months and I again try to call customer care but call never went. and recently I faced again this problem yesterday I recharged my mobile with rs. 199 which I get all locals and std in all networks+ 1 GB 3g net+ roaming free. ok I get 1gb but problem same here I called other networks so again one sound I listen from my phone This network are busy please try again later and customer care same reply me technically issue.
They are not proper reply to customers to their plans. And now I closed this SIM or port to other network.So plz don’t recharge your Reliance phone with these fake plans.
