I have been using reliance communication’s postpaid service for more than a year, and the only reason Iam still with them is their 99/month rental plan. Its not mentioned on their website or stores but believe me its there.
The first thing of reliance is when I move around 1.5 Km from my home and go any where in Mumbai mostly my service says its on roaming and the R symbol is always there on my mobiles network bar, thankfully Iam never charged for this by them, but please don’t they advertise of better coverage and yet they can’t cover me in Mumbai itself.
Second thing is Iam mostly on business tour’s across India, and mostly all of the time during my tour the reliance signal bar on my mobile has a(x) which means no signal. But Iam still with them:) for the 99/month rental, the day they stop this plan I will be the first one to port out of their services.
Overall cheap plans but poor service.
