My Reliance no. is 9022261228. I have activated unlimited whatsapp plan(Rs.16/Month) of reliance. I am not using any internet service in my mobile and also not downloading images and videos from whatsapp. I simply chatting with my friends(Text Data) but the reliance is deducting money from my main balance(Nearly Rs.100). After that I have contacted its customer care service(Through mail and call). All are listening my problem and telling me that I will get a call from their senior after half an hour but getting no response after that time. Got a reply mail from reliance when I sent first email but after that no reply from their side. I have all the call recordings of customer care executives. I want to take action on reliance. If anyone has idea about the procedure then inform me.
I request to you don’t use this worst mobile service. I am going to stop using reliance.
