After the poor service by Sharekhan & Indiabulls, I decided to go with Reliance money, but RM is worst than sharekhan & indiabulls.
I put online request for account opening on 1st feb, then RM send some executive on 15th Feb. i filled the form & my cheque was cleared on 25th feb 08, but till now (3rd april) I am not received any information or welcome kit from RM. 26th march I approached Bangalore branch they said ur application was rejected due to absences of bank postal Pincode in the application. but they didn’t inform until I approach them.
I gave the postal code but nothing happened, so I ask them to refund my money. no answer for the same. then again after 3days I ask for the status but no answer.
Now they are telling my residence address was wrong. i use to get minimum 3couries every day, i m staying in well known apartment in electronic city.
Great comedy is even RM members don’t know to whom to contact for online trading issues & refund.
