I was having a trading account reliance money, Once I forgot the login password, as they have forgot password option but that did not work that day, when I contact my branch they said please customer care, and when I call customer care they asked me a lot of question for verification, although they were providing a security key still unnecessary verification were done.
It is ok to get verified for security of my own account, but still the password did not work and finally they say that due to server problem it did not get reset. Again I call to my branch to talk to my relationship manager, but he was unable to process as he was not himself aware. That really shocked me, a person who is known as relationship manager did not able to give service to the client.
And another thing is he was not cleared about all the products and services offered by the company, that forced me to close that account, but again I get harassment while closing because they ask me for the 1 year maintenance charge. I paid the amount and close the account immediately.
