I replied to the mail sent by RM regarding limit card and marked the copy to SEBI. I would request all those who are having problem with RM to get togehter and lodge a compaint. I would request you to call me or email me if you wish to take any action

Thanks for the information. you have deducted Rs. 1000 from my account twice without my prior consent. who gave you the rights to do so. Before November 21, 2008 I had PR-500 card.(1 year validity and limit of Rs 5 lacs) I would have purchased the same limit card after that if your system had provided me the information that my limit is getting expired. First there is no provision in the system which provides me the information and secondly there wasn’t any alert from your side.
I have marked this email to SEBI and I hope an appropriate action is taken.
Reliance money or for that matter any service provider don’t hold the right to charge customer at their discretion. tomorrow you might come up with a limit card of Rs. 10, 000 and then you would make that a default one from your system and buy that for me.
I would also like to highlight that I would be terminating this account as this is a clear case of cheating. not only that offlate you are charging on every trade with different categories such as "Mandate charges". You initially had shown all low brokerage schemes and have not mentioned about the hidden charges. Please be noted that we all those who are being cheated would file a case in SEBI and also in consumer court against this.
