Hi, This is Ravindra from Bangalore. I am using my brother account to post this review. I purchased reliance netconnect broadband connection from one of the representative from reliance at Bommanahalli Wipro campus.
The said plan was 550 per 2 gb (told as a special corporate plan), but they are generating the bill as a 750 per 2 gb. on jan 8th 2011 I went to Bommanahalli reliance store and talked with customercare people and they agreed to recalculte and adjust the bills based on the 550 per 2 gb.
I paid the bill amount based the calculations of 550 for 2gb. they promised me this will not happen again. BUT after one week on 15th jan 2011, they disconnected my broadband services. I called again customercare people and asked for the reason they simply said "your outstanding balance is more than 1500 rs so we disconnected. please pay your outstanding to re-activate your account."
I have not even used single time between 8th Jan 2011 to 5th Jan 2011. I am still wondering how 1500 rs is generated in 7 days span with out using.
Reliance is know to be fraud billing and they keep doing it to steal customers pocket. I suggest please dont use Reliance.
