I suggest that dont even think to buy reliance broadband, they offer good plans at low rate than other isp like airtel hathway and tikona, bt the service of reliance broadband is horrible, if our internet is down and we call to their service center! What they will rply us?
They will say our customer representative will come to ur home and solve problem in next 48 working hours but they never come.
I tried calling 2-3 times a day bt they never come to check problem.
After that I think to close this broadband and put other instead.
I called customer care for termination. bt they dont even close ur internet bt they charge bill till ur internet is on.
I hates reliance I suggest dont go for it.
