Hi all, It is my humble request not to use reliance, as they are big cheaters
I was using bsnl broadband service. But it was so bad then one of my friend recommended me about Reliance netconnect. I think it must be good but they makes me disappointed too.
After 10 days it stopped working suddenly and then I call their customers service number they said they will solve problem within few hours but they didn’t come in a week.
Then I visit their office for solving it. But after few days again it continued again.
Really worse customer care support, I was really dissapointed with there attitude. I am never going to use it again in my life.
If you are planning to have it, please think once again.
