I had upgraded my pcim slot data card to the new so called high speed data usb port data card.The speed remains same as the old pcim card and is never more than the older ones.
But the worst about the new data card is that you need to activate the card everytime you want to login. After 3 such activations the card will not respond to get connected and you need to call up the call centre for getting the same activated. The TAT is 12 hours but you will never get any response in less than 30 hours.
The call centre people is untrained, never can take up your issue and high irritability. All calls will land with some other reliance communication call centre and the first advice these people will give is the same number as you dialled and by their magnanimity they will redirect our call to the concerned department.
They are tuned to hear only things they want and will never listen to your complaint. Do not be surprised if the complaint ticket given to you does not relate to any of the issues you had raised.Just like any other relaince product like bigflix where you may have to discount at least 75% of what is offered.Strongly recommend not to buy the product.
