I bought this unit 3 monts ago in 2200/- now they are offering the same in just 1400/- only any way when I bought the speed is ok on m, y office pc but at home when I try to connect on my laptop no signals was found, I complaint about the same to its dealer as well to customer care many time but the answer is same that there may be some network problem in your area, they mean if you wants to use reliace than I have to shift my home anyever else.
Last month I recharge my netconnect by rs 350 for 300 mb(as my unit is prepaid) without using it third day I come to know that most of the balance was used automatically when I complain regarding the same to customer they try to guide me here n there and in last they suggest me to recharge the unit by rs 250 more for gb.now I come to know that whey they reduced there rates by 500 to 350 rs , they are naking fools to people like us
never faith on any re\liance product they are a big cheat n froud
