I am working with an IT company in Delhi. Earlier I was using photon Plus but continuous connection drops made my reports hampered many a times. I complained with customer care n see the response they even did not try to understand what the problem is exactly.
When my usage went up from 10 GB cap, in my bills they showed 10 gbs more than what I used extra i.e. 7gb. It is horrible that I paid extra money while even I did not use it. I surrendered the connection. I bought reliance broadband plus and I must say I am very happy with the speed around 1.6 Mbps, no connection drop problem & excellent customer care response I got from their side.
I would recommend reliance hsd is good one.
