Reliance is a reliable service provider for me in at least last couple of months. I took the reliance netconnect 5 months back despite getting some average reviews about its sales and services.
There could be numerous possibilities as why I had choen this connection. Firstly, the bruising pangs from MTNL broadband for last couple of years. The MTNL pains could have dwindled my expectations to large extent. Secondly, I have some emotions about the biggest corporate group be I Reliance or tata.
The reliance has proven itself once again with its exemplary sales and after sales support. I have faced problems quite a number of time but it’s been resolved by their vast network without taking much time.
