I have a postpaid reliance netconnect+ dongle, about 1 year ago. I have to shut it down because the company has started to show their hoplessness. I have been informed that my plan is a zero rental plan, that means if I use it then only I have to pay. But for 1 month I haven’t used the net connection and in the next bill cycle my bill was beyond the plan price which I chose.
They said me this bill is according to the rent of the net connection, though I had confirmed that I was using zero rental plan. But that was first time so I paid the bill. But around 3 months later, again the same problem was repeated, this company us too good at cheating and frauding.
No doubt the internet speed they provided was good, but at the cost of looting people. I would strictly not recommend this netconnection and especially the postpaid one. MTS is still far better than this. I use MTS now only
