The name of the product is Reliance Netconnect + but there is nothing reliable about this product.I have purchased the datacard in December 2011.At first 15 days the speed was good then the re-li-ability of the product started showing off.The plan I took was Rs.750 per month with "5GB" of data(including downloading & uploading) at "3.1 Mbps" and after 5GB the speed would degrade to 144kbps.In first 15 days I only downloaded(nothing uploaded) 2GB of data then after 2GB I started getting 144kbps.When I called the customer care they said that I have exceeded their (so called) 5GB data usage cap at 3.1 Mbps speed.In second month the re-li-ability prospered and I could download only 1.5GB with 3.1Mbps speed.Then I was going to discontinue the connection but when I called the customer care they upgraded the speed to 3.1Mbps for next 1GB and again.
No good words after this incident.The re-li-ability part of connection is that it disconnects every 20 minutes and reconnects. The Dialler is the worst dialler that a human being can only imagine in his worstest dream.A hangs frequently(frequently as you breathe).Make a new connection and then only you are able to start the connection(battle for further problems).When you make a call to customer care desperately in hope to get our problems solved they give you.This is a worst datacard I have used till date.NO SPEED , NO CONNECTION RELIABILITY , NO SERVICE & SUPPORT.
Conclusion:"Please don’t waste your valuable time in even thinking about this product."
