Fraudsters and nothing more

I have been using reliance for one year now and I have a lot of reasons to be annoyed with the service provided.


1)it was a big headache getting the connection activated. Don’t try to do it on your working day but I warn you reliance offices are closed on every public holiday.


2)they would need a big residential proof before doing it and you have to be there in person it seems


3) I`m a doctor who is doing his md and I have to keep changing rooms in hostel.they will require another address proof that you have changed ur address and you will have to submit that to ur nearest c care centre.


4)they will disconnect the services before your bill due date and they will tell they have warned you through mail.how is one supposed to access his mail when his net connection doesn’t work.


5)they will send recovery agents to ur home before ur due date


6)the connection will become so slow in the off peak usage time (when ur supposedly charged less) that you wont be able to do anything but wait


7)c care is not 24*7.


There are so many more things bout which I’m too tired to write.
