This is my worst experince with reliance net connect.The company only earns money with faulty bills.I have been charged wrongly with the amount of 866/- where as I had to be charged only 499/-+ Service Tax.
According to the Customer Support They claim that I have used the internet during the day. But This is not true.I had downloaded the whole usage Details and It does not show any day useage in the whole details.
I have compained to them twice but still I have not recived any response.The only thing I can do now is Stop using the Connection and I will not Pay the Bill But paying for the Data Card is just waste of money now.I paid 3500/- For this Data Card.The biggest joke is this is just my first Bill.
*My Experince With the Customer Support.
1st Call:When I called the Customer Service I had to explain Every thing then He Trasfered The Call To another person then again the other person transferd my call and no one recived and the call got Disconnected.
2nd Call: Logged a Complain and gave me a complain number.
3rd Call: Told Me that The Waiver has not been Approved And they Say that the Bill is right.
