Annoying Service By Reliance Customer Care

I had raised a disconnection request to the customer care for my reliance NetConnect number in Nov 2014. The customer care promised to do it, but they did not. I called again in December 2014, but I will still billed for it.


I sent them emails to disconnect it, but the customer representative would just reply after more than a week that they will take my request at priority and they just do not respond for a month. It is very ridiculous.


They have said they will take legal action to recover the amount. This is very disappointing service. The customer care being very irresponsible and annoying and nobody responds. The customer care people just call and harrass to pay the bills. I have already paid enough of the bill without using the dongle for almost 3-4 month previous to Dec2014.


Request you to please help here to resolve this. Out of difficulties, I have ended up paying this amount. Is there any wya I can get a refund of this?


I have the following emails from Feb24, that have got dragged till today 11th May 2015, They have not given me any reference id/ complaint number in Dec2014, Jan2015 as well.
