Getting anything from Reliance, from product to service, is almost like you are cheating yourselves. If have ever got Reliance Netconnect, you will know what I mean.
The customer service team will be so terrible that it will put BSNL and MTNL to shame. Almost nothing is good, be it speed or price or customer service or network.
Even though Airtel is so costly as if you are getting a Gold plated net connection, its still better than Reliance, which is at the bottom-most in terms of customer service.
