Career with reliance
Its very good to enter in to corporate like reliance life is turning point of your career.
I’m an employee of rlic and happy to say as rlic man and very much proud. Salary is good but in some cases in same designation the new comer get more package than the existing one.
It should be avoidable .
Compare to other companies no other is par with rlic im sure, but some itches is there in ijp promoters group.bcoz the new employees get more package than the ijps
Reliance life will be no 1 very soon. Very good management and im liking the fire of reliance, brand name, new top level mgt, i’m happy with customer care, policy document despatch, quality of document., we need to simplfy the policy document and decrease the weightage.
These should be change in due course.everyone belive.now everyone felt this change is happening .
I request you to wait and see in end of 2008-09fy reliancelife be no1 in indian insurance market.
