ITS a literal waste of time and money . I got this product alomst a year ago and have been paying ever since for the mistake I did . these people are so poor when it comes to service . be it customer service or product service.
Internet works only 15 days a month with the least speed being capped arround 100 kbps.
Call the customer care and they will not be bothered.Speak to disconnection they wil give u a jazz that seems like boon. But actually they just talk do nothing.
Then they dont let u go once u are there customer which is good but fuk we need service worth our money not jus ur bills that we have to pay.
