I had purchased reliance pro 3 dongle 1.5 years back and the outlet woman explained so nicely about the speed ( which she guaranteed as atleast 500-600 kilo bytes/sec.) .but tje maximum sperd it could reach was 80-100kBps max .
I complained many times but did not get my issue resolved. I had activated the 999rs pack of more spec then also The same speed. So I decided to convert it into prepaid and now I m happy using other isp.
