Reliance Retail Ltd(SMSL) is very slow for employee benefits. there is no job security. very slow career growth, just work hardly no output. after that if you resign you have to visit more than 3-4 time to solve your PF problems, because they haven’t update your details in UAN so you get stuck in it. work environment is quit good. ESI is just for name no benefit’s for small employee. I don’t know why, but it’s true. just remember that it’s all management is like Mukadam
for UAN update they take more than 1 month. so think what is output of your hard work.
