I ordered and paid for my order on Reliance Smart Pune online and only one part of my order was delivered. I have emailed Reliance Customer Care on different emails listed when I Googled and on their website(Phone is unreachable as only once I was able to contact and though I chose the call me back option no calls).
They are neither confirming or refunding my money and I have been a customer since more than 5 years at their store in Fatima Nagar. I understand the current situation is challenging but at least respond to customers. My order status shows as in transit sometimes and delivered sometimes!
I don’t know what to do and my advice is don’t shop at Reliance till they are more organized please.
