Poor service.

Reliance Communications as a company is insensitive and outright bad. I have tried terminating a mobile connection and I had to struggle for it and I continue to do so.


Their customer service by mail is by far the poorest service I have witnessed. They pale out that of SBI cards!  The mail service just asks you to go to a nearest Reliance Express centre, no matter what your query is! How many times you refine your query does not matter, they will direct you to go to a nearest centre. A mail to higher officials of the company does not yield any results! I suspect these activities go on with active connivance of the officials of the company.


As a rule nobody is helpful in this company and you are harrassed by their insensitivity and sheer "dont care" attitude. And yes they charge you for everything, calls or not, whether the connection is active, terminated.I continue to receive bills.


Only option is to approach the Government agencies, like TRAI or other consumer fora.
