At the time of writing this review, only 17% members had recommended reliance. That says it all.
I had been using reliance mobile for the last 4-5 yrs and many a times, i had to visit the webworld. And most of the times I came out disappointed to say the least. If I wanted a new handset, they never had all the models on display. If I wanted to get my cell recharged, half the times their server would be down.
And then, using customer care service(on phone) is next to no good as you never get thru. There is a waiting time of 10-15mins. And hence I used to visit the webworld: and there all that I get to hear is "sorry, we cant help you. our servers are down. kindly call the customer care service"
I never used their cyber cafe services, I am only jolting down my experience with the staff and their customer care support. I also remember, how in Pune, when I purchased a 770 coupon for my wireless rel phone(the fixed line one), the coupon turned out to be a used one. It took 2 days for them to gimme a new one
why do these webworld even exist? Not recommended at all
