Reliance Wipod Pro3 WRONG BILL. FALSE PROMISE.

I had purchased a RELIANCE WIPOD PRO3, Reliance Netconnect+ NO. 9320391669, on the 16.04.2015 from a Authorised dealer, KONNEXON, Shop no 9, Preeti Tower, 60 feet road, Bhayander West, Thane 401101, Maharashtra, for which I was charged INR 2700, paid in Cash to them, for a Limited period offer of, " 3 months Unlimited Data for INR 2699 scheme ".

The above mentioned internet connection was started on 18.04.2015. I was promised by the dealer for Zero Bills, for 90 days from 18.04.2015. and then, I could choose a plan, or continue with the default plan for INR 999 unlimited data per month.

To my utter surprise I received a e-bill on my registered email for the amount of INR 360.80, for reliance company, for the billing cycle of 18.04.2015 to 26.04.2015. The dealer said that he has 4 more customer complaints, and he is looking into the matter.

Also attached is the pamphlet of the plan I paid for. I have emailed the customer care just now, with no hopes,
