Few months ago I bought reliance wifi datacard which stated 16 mbps speed in it and could connect 6 mobiles at a time. First month alone it was good after that the network was very poor. I complaint to customer care but they didnt respond. So, I once again ringed customer care to terminate my service. They said our representative not available. After that whenever I call they repeated the same. Finally one day they were available and they cancelled the service but next month ’I got the bill amount 900₹ ’. and they said your connection didnt get cancelled. I directly went to showroom and paid that amount only then they cancelled the service. Worst network.
