I had reliance for my internet service provider and using it for past 2 years. Now it is one of the worst service provider for internet. On first year they just provide best service and speed and after years pass on the internet speed is reduce. Sometimes my downloading speed is just 10kb/s it is just shocking in today world. What happen at this speed. The charges of this provider increases drastically. During new connection it was just Rs 550 per month and now it soar to Rs 800 per month.
They just provide degraded services for high cost. Anybody won’t like it. Many a times the server is lost or there is problem in Centre. I can say that it doesn’t provide internet for 10 days per month. It is hilarious. We have to take a mobile internet pack for safety. I want to remove my connection but I had paid Rs 10, 000 as security deposit which they are not giving still now. Saying it is being utilized. I just suggest you not to take reliance Wi-Fi data card use some other service provider.
