I applied for a new connection of reliance broadband in Mumbra, more than 3 times but yet they did not respond for that.
The company is not worried about there customers. Also the new customers who want a new connection.
If this is happening before taking a connection, than what will happen after taking a connection.
I have also seen the most negative reviews of reliance broadband connection in terms of service and also in terms of internet connectivity.
I have encountered customer service issue personally, thats why I have reviewed it negative.
So please be aware before taking a connection.
