Plans are great no doubt about it.
750 /- for 2 mbps
650 /- for 1 Mbps.
and so on.
no GB limit like others ISPs.
I like that( until it works -.-) .
but when it doesnt work( it doesnt work every other day)
oh man youre in a really big trouble. the call service center is take great. they have a script which they read our too you. ask them anything theyll say well give you solution after 24 hours and after 24 hrs they say theyll give solution After 24 hours and after 24 hours theyll say the same. this goes for really long time trust me Ive suffered from this trauma.
heres a one incident -
in November my net went off one night. another day I told them to fix it. they said 24 hrs I waited 24 hrs. after that I called again & again & again. after numerous attempts they sent a engineer( ya thats what they called him!) after 1 month 3 days!
the problem was simple. my wire was cut by mouse or something.
He took 4 hours to fix it!
after one month my net was finally working thanks to reliance broadband for your amazing service. heres another incident-
when I got new connection in Feb14 they gave us landline with it. they said its free of cost and I dont need to pay them anything( good deal right!). but when the bill came they charged me 300 bucks!
I called service centre and asked about it and the call centre for guys said that your combo internet wasnt activated. I told them that your installation guy told me that I dont have to pay anything for landline. the call centre guy said that now I have to pay even if it wasnt my mistake!
I refused to pay and then they cut my connection!
then some guy from pune regional office cells me and tells me that I should pay now and theyll start my connection and they will activate my combo plan( 2 Mbps unlimited broadband+ free landline) .
ok then I pay reliance. after that I call service centre to activate my combo plan . they say OK well do it. after 3-4 days my plan has been changed to some weird plan( 1mbps 100 mb) .
when I tell this to call center they say that theyll close the connection.ok I said.
then I close my internet connection and wait.
after 7-8 days they sent me a bill.
it was 27, 000 /-.i was shocked to see that.
I sent reliance numerous mails online requests( even if it wasnt my fault.) .
after many requests they fixed my bill and told me that it will be rectified.
fast forward to today,
my net does not work 14-15 days in a month.
I paid reliance 4200/- for half yearly plan and I still regret this decision. I regret that I chose reliance broadband.
Please if you want good reliable net connection look else where and if you want to get reliance broadband then welcome to crappy service of reliance broadband.
