I bought policy on sep 2014, Approx 1.5 years back, in these days i’m suffering from ear pain, I consulted with ENT specialist in MAX, Dr. told me for ear surgery.
I followed surgery process, time of claim religare agent says ki, your surgery expanse not be cover in insurance because of your policy only 1.2 years old, as per religare policy ENT surgery cover after 2 year of policy, but at the time of payment agent said all surgery will cover after 3 months, thy are totally fake, the are playing game with people, not providing any kind of benefits, please be aware.
