RELIGARE & POLICY BAZAR IS A FRAUD, PLS DO NOT RELY.
Religare is a fraudulent company, please do not rely on Religare, I have purchased Religare Mediclaim policy for my family in month of Jan’15( Policy No. 10192010), My wife has been fallen down in washroom on 7th Feb’15 & has oral blood womet, I have taken her to panel hospital & hospital has provided treatment & done small operation also, at time of cashless claim Religare team has create lot of problem like sending same queries again & again& finally they reject my cashless claim with reason that this disease(Nasal Septum Bleed) is not covered up to initial 2 years of policy.
At that time they have send their representative for physical verification also. At the time of purchasing this policy both Religare & Policy Bazaar sales team has confirmed me that every diseases are covered from very first day of policy which occurs due to accident for example tooth surgery is not covered in medical policy but if you have met with an accident & dental surgery is required then in that case it will be covered under policy.
We are Middle Class families & we are taking medical policies for mental relaxation for such bad time & paying high premiums also, but at the time of actual requirement these peoples are doing such bad behaviors & create problem for us at that moment we are helpless & cannot do anything & have to pay High hospital expenses from our own pocket.
SO IT DEFEATS THE PURPOSE OF HAVING MEDICLAM POLICY IN CASE OF ACCIDENT ALSO, PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHLIE BUYING POLICY FROM POLICY BAAZAR & RELIGARE EVERY THIING SHOULD BE IN WRITING CONFIRMATION FROM SERVICE PROVIDERS.
IT HAPPENS WITH ME & I DON’T WANT THAT SOME ONE ALSO BE CHAEATED LIKE ME.
