I’d taken World Wide Glod insurance and Policy no is 10698740 from Religare Travel Insurance Company.
To my misfortune, had to be admitted to hospital on a emergency in US Hospital, they treated me giving some IV drips and other medication including some of the medica lab tests, and dischraged me in around 6 hours saying, do not need hospitalization, during which we had called up thier overseas claims office and they responded with reference number IN0300007922.
As the hospital discharged me in 6 hours and they informed we need to make payment upfront to the hospital and raise re-imbursement claims, Hopital had taken 150USD as a security amount, and said they’ll be sending the bills, meanwhile I, returned to India, the hospital has posted the bills on to thier web-site, I, downloaded the same and sent my claim documents to Religare Claims department via registered post, I’ received acknolwedegement from Religare(may be beacuse it was a registered post), subsequent to that I, didn’t get any claim ID, I sent a reminder there was no reply, then I, called up their Toll Free number, they said there were some queries and they have sent on mail(a lie - of a cheating company), after heated discussions, I did get a mail and claim ID 90241491-00, with predated query letter scanned.
I, immediately replied to their query within next 30 minutes, today, on enquiring they say theyhvn’t recevied my mail(liers - just to keep delaying the processing), now post that I’ve sent 3 mails, till now I’vene’t received the confirmation or reply.
So, pl be aware this is a scamster company do not buy any of thier products, hope with this mail will help in getting my re-imbursement.
