Hello All, I have recently claimed for hospitalization. there are two hospital with same name in Ahmadabad. out of those one is in non preferred list and I had taken the treatment in one of same name hospital but religare denied the claim saying hospital is in non preferred network.they are not even validating the address of hospital and directly denying the claim saying the reason as treatment taken in non preferred hospital. staff is like "gawar". Sorry to say this.for sure I will not recommend any one for this service and I will keep on adding negative reviews wherever possible.Update on 20 Aug 2020.I sent email to claims@religare.com and customerfirst with all the details but still there is same confusionsee the attached emails. later I talked to customer care about their response and after long discussion they understood myconcern and they made sure to resolve my issue in three days.I am waiting on that now and will share updated response.
Update on 24 Aug: they have reopened claim and its again under review and again 7 days of working days time. Customer care executive behavior is too rude. As per them it may take 6 months also.
Update on 11-Sep-2020: Still they are asking irrelevant documents and investigation office visited home without prior notice and still there is no solution. raised complain on IRDA.
