Poor Claim Process

As i am health care policy holder for religare. I admitted in near by hospital which was not accepting religare card so i sent my document for claim refund. Unforcunatly i never exprience poor service which i faced now. Claim department behave like they run busniess from home. Not serious at all no comunication in there department. Again and again ask same document which all sent by courier. Even there team member visted hospital again asking from me. First they confirm recived all document claim settle in 7 days after 7 days again 10 days than again asked query for those documents which i sent earlier. Cutmor care also give funny response there one guy who advised me to write email to claim team he cant do anything is this care religare does ??? Before buy police given me wrong information and i had to pay from my pocket never got refund. No action has been taken i raised issue but all gone like a joke. I wish could give rating in minus
