So there positive points are:
There charges for there services are not so high , they are moderate which help lot of middle class to get insurance.
The have a wide variety of plans which may help the contract to select as per there needs and as per there budget.
There negative points are:
Bad customer support: The customer service of this insurance company is not so good, they show good behaviour at the time when a customer is searching for the insurance company but once you are a regular customer then they doesn’t show more interest in you.
Claim settlement of this company is not so good, they are willing to pay your claim but ot is little bite lengthy which demotivat you to claim your experience on your health.
Ovearll saying this insurance company is only an average insurance company having both advantage and disadvantage.
