Worst service ever. My money has been stuck for 11+ days now. Absolutely poor and fraudulent service. They do not even give appropriate reasons for delayed service. Customer service tells me that, they have somehow lost my transaction status and do not know what’s going on.
This is the last time I am transferring through remit2india. In future, I will be switching to Xoom.
Kindly do not use this service, even if your family recommends you to use.
