$’s go missing from my account on 7th June 2012
Normal human calculation for 4 business days is -T, W, T, F
remit2india calculation -
Transfer initiated -Tuesday(5th June)
Transfer activated - Thursday(7th June)
Transfer Period- 4 days -8th June-13th June(4 business days-Saturday is not business day coz banks are open but remit2india is closed!)
Transfer processing on -14th June( No explanation why it’s not done on 13th June!)
Wait!
There is more. NEFT clearance(I have no clue what is NEFT clearance)=1 day=15th June
Transfer will be completed=15th June or 18th June depending on your bank.
A transfer takes 13 days to complete! All that rosy stuff they throw at you when you join(yes they call you up to throw that$%t) about 4 business days is a scam.they take your$’s and keep it for 10+ days and then give you the lowest dollar rate in those 10 days. I have shifted to XOOM.it’s 50 paise less than the current exchange rate.but it’s atleast WYSIWYG!
Times of India group like it’s newspaper with paid ad’s is cooking up a scam with this site!
