Worst response from Renault I bought a new duster month back so far reached 5000km I took a long drive I felt some hardness by shifting the gear and later it’s worsened and stopped in the middle of the road I cannot shift the gear cause clutch goes down it was not returned then I towed the vehicle and reached the dealer point at tricky they told me it was a minor problem and assured me problem will settle after changing the hydraulic pump which is fitted in the clutch but after changing the pump again I felt the same problem immediately this time they told me they are going to change other hydraulic pump which is inside the gear box hardly my vehicle crossed only 5k kms and jus a month old duster I wrote many emails to Renault but they are not responding, their response really maDe me sad
SO PLEASE DON’T EVEN THINK OF BUY A DUSTER REALLY NOT VALUE FOR MONEY... VERY POOR MILEAGE AND ITS A JUMBO SIZED NON PERFORMING SUV YOU CANNOT THE FEEL COMFORT DURING RIDE
