INSPITE OF BELOW MAIL TO CUSTOMER CARE, I HAVENT RECEIVED ANY RESPOND TILL DATE
I am driving a newly purchased Duster of your company in the name of Fast Track Real Estate developers having reg No. MP04CM 0477 since last few months. I have following issues:
A week or 10 days ago I called workshop landline No. for booking of service, & I was told that OIL IS NOT AVAILABLE at workshop hence they are not taking vehicles in for service. I agreed & asked them as to when shall be oil available & they told me that it will take another 2-3 days for that.
On calling after 3 days, again they told me the same reply & asked me to wait for two days. I agreed & told them that kindly arrange to pick up my vehicle from my office after two days & get it serviced as I might be going out of city, & want my vehicle serviced. They agreed to get it picked after two days mentioning that driver is on leave today but he will be back by tomorrow.
Again today when I called them they told me that oil is available, but as soon as I asked them to get my vehicle picked, they simply told DRIVER IS ON LEAVE, it will take another two days. I complained the matter on customer care no. in morning & was told necessary action will be taken & I will be informed in an hour or two via con-call with manager & via email. But till now NO RESPONSE.
My queries are:
Is Renault such a low category company that it takes more than 3 -4 days to replenish oil stock?
Is company dependent on 1-2 drivers for picking up vehicle & on that basis you claim to give door-step service?
Why customer care executive didnt responded even after taking my mail id, my no. etc?
