Renault has now introduced the RXL variant of the Kwid 1.0-litre in both manual and automatic transmission options, priced at Rs 3.54 lakh and Rs 3.88 lakh, The Kwid is available with two engine options – a 0.8-litre and a 1.0-litre – with the latter getting an automated manual transmission as well. The baby Renault has been a runaway success for the brand thanks . The Kwid is priced between Rs 2.64 lakh and Rs 4.25 lakh, and takes on the like of the Maruti Suzuki Alto 800 and K10, the Hyundai Eon and the Datsun redi-GO. Renault has launched the Kwid Live For More Edition. It comes with dual-tone stripes running across the roof, hood and sides of the car, red-accentuated front grille, red-coloured highlights on the wheel covers, dual-tone roof rails, contrasting rear spoiler and red-coloured accents on the interior trim. These additions come at no extra cost to the customer and as per maintenance is considered is almost the same if yearly maintenance is calculated.
