Hai to all, I booked a renault kwid top end model in feb2016, requested delivery on sep2016 instead of aug2016 promised by renault, paid Rs20k advance amount, later they did not give any test drive options and no response, i sent a request letter to refund the advance amount, they deducted Rs2k and issued cheque for balance Rs18k, which is dishoroured in march 2017, till date despite several complaints phone calls and visits but not action from their end, is not really cheap from renault, do not even have any courtesy for their customer once money is paid, this clearly proven, they make customer run from pillar to post and die for petty amounts, and no polite and care staffs and not professional approach and resoulation. so don’t go renault this dealer.
